A. it happens due to the fluctuations or stress. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and start some uterine tonics too..try to give More time to your partner and recollect past memories

Hi mom Consult with your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment Take more water fruits vegetables protein rich diet Stay hydrated Offer different varieties of food Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Burp well after every feeding Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Try to keep head up position while feeding
