Q.

#asktheexpert hi doctor..i got delivered to a baby girl 3 months ago...when i got tested whole body checkup..i noticed thyroid levels are high t3 and t4 levels which are very nearer to upper limit 198 and 12 respectively...tsh level is below <0.01...i have no symptoms of thyroidism except with weight loss of 6kg in 3 months..what should i do?

A. seek treatment from a specialist ok. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide yousee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

A. Ho it would be very difficult to assess your situation this way you should be in touch with your doctor they will advise you with the medicines if you need to go for any because losing weight is also a kind of thyroid only so if you’re losing weight like this then you that is definitely due to some issue you should be getting it checked properly and start with course of medicines accordingly
