#asktheexpert Hi doc my son is 4 months 20 days as this is summer can we give him little water (heated and got back to normal temperature)

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. dear Mum, you should not give water to your baby till 6 months complete even if it is hot. you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. breast milk contains about 90 percent of water and fulfills the hydration needs of baby.
