#AskTheExpert Hi Doc, my baby boy is now turned 1 yr old. which is best supplementary food is bestfor him as he gets complete nourishment. please suggest me.

set the meal plan as
break fast as poha cheela idli dosa uthapam suji halwa upma cornflakes chocos
mid morning any fruits
lunch as rice dal sabji and raita and salad
evening snacks as vegetables cutlet bread pakoda potato tikka
dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha
