#AskTheExpert Hi doc I had lower back pain n abdominal pain 2 weeks ago my period due is tomo n I have brown spotting is it periods or sign implantation bleeding ?

Jasmine KaurMom of a 10 yr old boy6 years agoA. Hello Usually when on the date of 1 periods, lower back pains, this is one sign of pregnancy and if you missed your period with just spots or nothing , then you must test for it.
