drink more water.
take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly.
you can use 8x or nizoral shampoo twice a week... but oral medications may also be required

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and also please massage your hair with almond oil and kalaunjee oil. and also clean your hair with amla, shikakkai and reetha.. also you can use mamaearth onion shampoo and oil.
