usually it takes time of 2 or 3 Months.
but if pain is unbearable then it is better to consult your gynecologist for once.
take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
wear loose fitting Cotton clothes.
apply thin layer of coconut oil there.
keep that area clean
maintain good hygiene
