#asktheexpert hey doc , I am 37 weeks 1 day , and my AFI is 6.9 cm Without any IUGR , placenta insufficiency or ruptured membrane , I want to do normal delivery , without any intervention , how do I improve my AFI, I am just stressing and overthinking over this , please help me out, thankyou

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist7 months agoA. Take at least 3 L of water per day and take high-protein on a daily basis. That will help you to a certain extent only. Let your doctor decide what to do.
