#AskTheExpert hello sir or ma'am meri normal delivery hui thi uske 1 month baad se hi mere ko hair fall start hua or wo bhi bhut heavy se hair fall ho rha h so please tell me hair fall ko stop krne k liye kya krna chahiye.

A. hair fall is quite common after delivery..due to sudden fall of certain hormones causes Telogen effluvium causing hair fall. continue with iron n calcium supplement. Eating healthy and right is very important after pregnancy. It helps keep your hair healthy too.

A. Ensure that you are getting regular, gentle-to-moderate exercise.Consume a healthy diet rich in nutrients to support your changing body and help its postpartum recovery.Take postpartum vitamin and mineral supplements if recommended by your doctor.
