Mera 1 saal pehele C section delivery hua hai. uske baad se mujhe bohot jyada hair fall ho raha hai. Mai kaise mera hair fall ko rok sakti hu

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. take supplements of iron calcium and vitamins yg cHair fall is very common after delivery and during pregnancy also sometimes because of harmonal changes it may continue even up to 1 year but ultimately will get back the hair no need to worry

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please massage your hair with almond oil and kalaunji oil and clean with amla shikakai and reetha. Or can use any sulphate free shampoo. Also have Shaadmani Blue fusion green tea as it is very effective in hair growth and can buy it from Amazon India.
