#AskTheExpert Hello my lmp was on 12 dec but today I saw a very little spotting with leg and stomach cramps what could it be is my periods started or what please answer

A. due to hormonal changes and also if your stress level has increased it may cause changes in your mensis so no need to worry just follow a Healthy lifestyle to have regular menses
