hi my lmp is on 13th sep on 21st light spotting I observed. this is first time I saw it. why it happened Iike this

A. hi mommy Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment see your own treating doctor can guide you more and can solve your problems Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy

Q. Hello mam.. How are you, my lmp was on 21st April and my cycle is 28 days, according to this my period supposed to come on 18 may but i got Brownish discharge with spotting not clots on 15 may in evening. On 16 th it was light spotting after that it was normal.. I have taken pregnancy test today but it was negative... So mam what was it...
