hi my last period was on 18th nov and on 18th dec i had a very light spotting and today also I had the spotting I did pregnancy test at home that's negative. what could be the reason

A. okay should get ultrasonogram for further advice in this regard you better consult your doctor for physical examination investigations if required then only proper treatment can be given and advise also in this regard
