I am getting unusual spotting twice in the month...which once in the day of the monthly cycle period date 18th may.

A. Unusual bleeding mostly occurs if you are doing over stressful work Causing hormonal imbalance due to which intermittent spotting is seen so you Should maintain a healthy lifestyle with regular exercise and meditation whenever possible
