A. it appears to be allergic cough/cold. they can be associated with temperature variations around the body (hot to cold or cold to hot environmental changes) which the body cannot sustain leading to cough usually at evening /night and morning. allergy can be environmental (temperature variation -hot to cold weather/ cold water intake / dust / smoke / pollens) , food , chocolate / packet preservatives food and sweet food also. body cannot sustain such allergic changes leading to cough cold usually at evening /night and morning. requires examination and start anti allergic medicines. meet dr and prevent sxuch temperature variations. there is a possibility of starting anti allergic medicines for at least one month and the doctor will decide if the child nexeds inhaler therapy or nebulization. when allergies are not controlled they can lead to intermittent respiratory infections which needs other medicine

A. Turmeric is known to treat viral infections such as cough and cold due to its antiseptic properties. Make a glass of warm milk with turmeric powder and give it to the child every night. It relieves a sore throat and a runny nose right away.
