A. Hai good morning !! For increasing milk production have lactating foods - Milk,diary products,papaya,poppy seeds,chikoo,rusk,bread toast,garlic in curries,garlic milk,mutton kheema,saunf water .. Have more water ,give direct feeds - The more baby latches the more milk produces.
