#AsktheExpert Hello mam/sir, My baby is 11 month old ,shall I now start curd rice in her lunch from home made curd..

A. Yes you can start no problem rather it is a very good diet to be given to the child as curd is rich source of calcium and with rice it Mayes a perfect combination
