ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well irs normal yo grt it. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stressyou have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

These Things are not healed or settled on their own only they come in pregnancy and after delivery to stay so you have to consult a dermatologist you have to take a proper treatment for the same thing and then only it is going to subside over the period so get set go
