Healthy diet lena start kare 
Har 3 se 3.5 ghante mein khana le aur ek sath bahut saara nai khana hai 
Khane mein jyada fruits, salad, sabjiya, whole grains yaani daal, sprouts, daliya , oats, ghehu, jowar, bajra, ragi yeh le aur sugar, namkeen, maida aur usse bani cheezein, biscuits, bread yeh sab band kar de
Milk and milk products bhi le 
Paani 2 se 3 l har din lena hai 
Aur har roz 45 min exercise kare

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products 
Maintain hydration
