#AskTheExpert hello mam, is there any way to treat grey hairs..Post delivery my mostly hairs became grey.

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. you can apply Methi and indulekha oil which are very beneficial to maintain hair after delivery also regular oiling is necessary and taking off good nutritious diet and proper sleep will help

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mum along with healthy and nutrition and diet you should try to add Amla in your diet and along with that a coconut oil and boil Amla and shikakai in it seive that oil and store it and then always try to apply only that oil in your hair
