#asktheexpert hello I have daughter 3 years old she eat everything veg nonveg that's not problem but she don't like dal .if I force fully give to dal then she try to vomiting.why she behave like this

yes but dal is also important
add variety and creativity as u may gv mixed dal kebab,vada,mung dal chila ...
dal parantha..
knead the wheat flour with dal ...
