A. gondh ke laddoo is supposed to be good gir breastmilk production and gencexa lot of breastfeeding mothers are advised to eat these while breastfeeding. so ideally it should not cause any harm. but anything too much may be bad. so eat everything in moderation. eat well and eat healthy and breastfeed exclusively till completion of six months.
