Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is important to take plenty of diet made from green leafy vegetables as well as serials and pulses and avoid any type of tea and coffee which decreases hemoglobin. you should take dry fruits along with apple banana beetroot juice tomato which again helps increasing the hemoglobin
