Q.
My sister is in her 30th week of pregnancy . Her haemoglobin has reduced to 9.5. Can she have dates? Please suggest some other ways she can increase her haemoglobin

Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
