#AskTheExpert Hello Experts, My daughter is 1 year & 8 days old and she had her Hep A1 vaccine due on 10th of this month but we didn’t give her the vaccine because of the present COVID situation. We are scared to expose her out door since kids are highly in Risk in this second wave. Is it okay to delay to get this HepA shot ? If yes. Till which month is it safe to take this vaccine? Thanks

A. Hi I delayed vaccination for 6 months due to pandemic consulting my doctor n he said itz ok taking the pandemic situation under consideration... u can wait for the 2 -3 months as of now... or else once consult ur doctor...

A. it is always advisable for the baby to take vaccination according to schedule to have proper immunity at present the conditions are very bad you had to wait till the conditions improve for taking the vaccine
