Q.

My kid got vaccinated on 7th June. Hep A1 , flu vaccine. From this afternoon his temperature is increasing and it is 100.8F now. We can 4.5 ml of paracetamol too. Please advise.

A. Thanks doctor . Sorry it was 1st June we got him vaccinated and today is almost 7 days . Is it possible to get temperature after 7 days ? And it is 100.8 F ..

A. you can give calpol 3 times a day and meftal p additional e but the fever is not control after three days you should consult doctor and further if you are concerned you can take guidance from your doctor to get proper suggestions about it which you can follow accordingly it will be better for details

Q. #AskTheExpert My son received Harvix 720 Hep A1 on 10th May. He only had a runny nose that day. But since 11th May he has a recurring fever. Gave 1ml of Calpol 100 after 6 or 8hrs. Temperature fluctuaing always at time stomach temperature is 100° and forehead temperature is 98°. Should I continue with Calpol and is the vaccine causing the fever. My son did not get any teeth yet.
