Hello ma’am Good amount of green leafy vegetables cumin seeds all these things are very healthy for increasing breastfeed so would just advise you to start having them in a good quantity apart from that you can go for lactation tablets there available in the market and if nothing of this works for you to increase your lactation then switch to top feed for your child
