hope you have started brushing your child's teeth if not then please start using a grain size of kids age appropriate toothpaste to brush your child's teeth twice a day

But if Uou still feel a doubt then must Consult with your paediatric once. As he may prescribe you with supplements like iron calcium and vitamin etc.
