#AskTheExpert hello dr, I have twin baby girls they were late preterm babies, now they are 4 months old , I am not sure how long should I latch them to the breast and not sure if they are getting enough milk as well ..m please advise

A. it's advisable to exclusively breast feed the baby till six months and start with semi solids and water only after six months. if the weight gain is going well and minimum pee count throughout the day is 8then it means the kids are getting enough milk.
