#AskTheExpert hello Doctor my question is related to baby's diet what vegetables need to be avoided in baby's food. my baby will be completing one year and we have recently started cow milk so want to know what care needs to be taken while choosing the cow milk like toned or homogenized. A. Hello mom As the child is turning one year old there is no more restrictions for him he can be given regular foods made at home for the family all seasonal fruits and vegetables are been recommended to be given so that the more the variety the most sooner the child get used to it. cow’s milk can be given preferably a homogenised one is much more preferable
