#AskTheExpert hello doctor . my hemoglobin is 9 gm at 6 months of pregnancy . can I take amway Nutrilite cherry iron as supplement as it suits me better with less side effects?

A. may take.. also have irin rich food like pomegranate, apple, strawberry, kiwi, banana. Veggies like moringa leaves, Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable. Dried apricots, figs, raisins, jaggery,and prunes. Are also good source of iron.
