#AskTheExpert Hello doctor, my baby got redness near motion area between buttocks. I have applied coconut oil and avoiding diapers from yesterday. the reason for redness is we haven't checked her diaper after poop for an hour and she is 1.5yr old and didn't tell about poop. could you please suggest any home remedy to reduce her pain and redness

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Hello, continue to apply coconut oil around anal region..you can apply T-bact twice a day.
Keep the diaper area open for major part of the day. If you use cloth nappies,ensure that you remove it the minute its wet or soiled.
As soon the motion is out, it must be cleaned.
