#AskTheExpert hello Doctor it's been like 1 year 3months now after my c section daily as I wake up from bed I will be having lower back pain y is it so doctor

A. hi parent take calcium supplements and medication as prescribed by your doctor take a well balanced nutritious diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet if the problem persists consult your doctor
