Q.

#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor, I'm now the mother of twin boys. They are two weeks old. I'm feeding them as well as giving them formula milk since my feed is not sufficient for them. My doubt is how many hours once I can give them formula milk? currently I'm giving them 30ml two hours once. But they are demanding more.

A. hello mom there should be minimum gap of two and a half hours and maximum gap of three hours between the two feeding and but sometimes u have to feed on demand as well Babies require between 150 ml and 200 ml of formula per kg of body weight each day. That is, if a baby weighs 3 kg, it will need between 450 ml and 600ml of formula per day
