hi doctor, we have twin baby boys and they are 42 days now, they are not sleeping well and they cry a lot due to the spitting out issue. what we can do for this. please advise

A. it is due to the gaspain .Gas and colic is a very common in babies . Some amount of gaseous distress and colic pain will be there even after all medicine or proper burping . Gastica drop can be given 3 times and meftal spas drop for pain when there is severe .
