#asktheexpert hello doctor, how can I increase my breast milk? I am already taking leptadin(2-0-2) and shatavri twice a day. still the milk is not satisfactory. please advise.

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy9 months agoA. Hello dear parent! Latch your baby well onto your breast and make a good skin contact with your baby while breastfeeding. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet
