Give three major meal and one snack a day
Continue with breast feeding or formula milk feeding in between and on demand.

Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Continue breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
