#AskTheExpert hello doc.. I am taking lactare capsules from 1 month depending on the requirement. I am taking 1 capsule per day now. how long can I use it for 1 capsule per day? does it show any effect on me or the baby later for prolonged usage?? kindly answer

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, if Uou think that your breast milk is coming appropriatelu for your baby and baby is able to urinate 8 to 10 times in the day then your baby is well fed and well hydrated. Do not worry much about it.
You can stop taking medicine after your milk supply becomes sufficient for the baby.
