3 things
first stop asking him to eat food all the time, let him come and ask for food, its fine if he is hungry for soemtime
secondly also give him choices available from home whatever vegetables is there at home,
third...give one pot meals like paneer parathas or egg rice or mix vegetable dal khichdi
