If u have a 28 days cycle then u will be ovulating around 14th day which means the most fertile days will be 12th, 13th and 14th . So u can try getting pregnant in these days. Or if ur cycle varies then the fertile days will vary accordingly. If u have irregular periods then u can get a ovulation kit from the medical store and use it as mentioned on the pack. It will help u to determine the fertile days. If even after trying in this way for many months you are not getting pregnant then you should consult as a couple with a gynecologist
