#AskTheExpert good morning mam...me ye puchna chahti thi ki meri c-section ko 4month ho gaye hai...kya ab me excersise kr sakti hu...or kya ab tak ander ke taake thik ho gaye honge...or me kaisa khana kha sakti hu ???

A. well full after six months. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

A. hi 1.start doing exercises only after 6 months of delivery. 2.stitches alright by the time of 6 months after delivery 3.mam ,you can take almost all food items . but take all food items in moderation. avoid extreme spicy and sugary food.
