#asktheexpert good morning ma'am I'm lactating mother so how to increase my breast milk can you please suggest me

A. Good morning dear parent here and I would just like to tell you that you should take proper diet plenty of fluids should be there and also you should take lactation supplement like Shari powder powder you can take it three times in the day with warm milk that is also going to help in boosting up your lactation with passage of time
