Q.

#asktheexpert good morning.. I having 6years old son and 3years old daughter they both are underweight when born... now also they are looking very lean and underweight... can you pls suggest any nutrition mix or any immunity syrup for both... iam totally upset they both were not ready to eat properly...

A. Namaste Mom This age the challegnes are pretty normal to occur , try to give them small portions and also make their meal time fun and intersetiing as well avoid to force feed them. get them involved in some physical activity such as outdooor games and playing helps to increase their appetite
