#asktheexpert good morning mam... my son is 6years old he is looking very lean and also eat not well tell me any solution... and pls tell me any nutrition mix for my kids 6years boy and 3years girl

Lean is just a body structure it has got no connection with a good health of your child still I would just recommend you that you should check with the doctor what all do you need to include into a healthy diet so that your child gains totally as per the age of your child
