my baby was looking lean.. but she is active playing well, she is eating less food.. sleeping is normal... my problem is she is looking lean.,.. she is so much like for breast milk only... can't eat one full banana... what cab I do???

A. what is the current weight of your baby if your baby is active achieving developmental milestones on time and is in proper growth parameter then don't worry much about the looks because he might be attaining height that is why looking lean
