#asktheexpert Good Morning Dr. Can we start using amy of these feeding products Cerelac or Farex for our 6th month running baby l. Any other suggestions amoung them

A. hi after completion of 6 months age, you can start to offer semisolid food to your child. but till that please stick to breastfeeding. and whenever you introduce it , please prefer homemade healthy food instead of commercial food products.
