Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. their medications available but you cannot take the medicine without medical consultation because they have got side effects but you can go for ayurvedic preparations like shatavari which can be mixed with milk and taken and also take at least five hundred ml milk everyday as well as plenty of water to drink

Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. The more u feed the more milk secretion will be there. Include jeera, garlic, fenugreek, raw papaya, oats, ghee etc in ur diet to increase bm. Take care
