All seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables.
Proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products, chicken.
At least 500 ml of milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
Avoid fruit juice and instead give the whole fruit.

Baby weight depends on birth weight and normally doubles by the age of six months and triples by the age of one year. Please give eggs and chicken to the baby. Also give chicken soup and green vegetables to the baby.
