#AsktheExpert Good evening..! I am 11 weeks pregnant n getting swelling on legs..can u pls help me u so early swelling n all

A. get KFT test n usg. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide yousee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

A. Hi mommy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Do some light exercise yoga regularly
