#asktheexpert good afternoon sir. my baby s now 18 months old. she used to take roti & milk at dinner. at night she wakes up many times and after feeding she sleeps and at every 15 to 30 minutes why she wakes up every night? please tell me the reason behind it.

Hello mom There could be many reasons one thing that it’s due to the habit other been if she could have some gas issue which is quite common in children and it causes discomfort and that is why they wake up quite frequently make sure apart from having milk and roti give a variety like roti and Dal or soup and something which is filling enough like a porridge etc that will be helpful and just try to observe the difference
